I began my banking career two weeks after we graduated from high school at First National Bank of Oxford. I was there for 21 years. I have moved several times to other banks in Oxford to advance my banking career. I have been a loan officer for over 20 years. I am presently employed by Union Planters Bank/Regions as Senior Vice President and Loan Officer.
I have been married to Larry McCay for 32 years and we have two children, Michelle and Brent. Larry has been with the University of Mississippi for 30 year as the Manager of the Alumni House Hotel. He is retiring June 30, 2005, and will begin a career in real estate.
Our daughter, Michelle, lives in Collierville, TN and has three sons. Her husband, Joey Ruder, is a dentist. Our son, Brent,who is still single and lives in Cordova, TN, is a physical therapist. (Family Photo)
I am a member of North Oxford Baptist Church and very active in the community. Last summer I went with a group of 26 from our church on a mission trip to Togo, West Africa. I am the chairman of the fund raising committee for our Pregnancy Test Center (Sav-a-Life), and the upcoming Vice President of the Oxford Rotary Club.
